Our Cleaning Method

 

 

We use a low-moisture, dry carpet cleaning method that’s safe for kids, and pets. Our eco-friendly solution penetrates deep into the carpet fibers, where it encapsulates dirt and grime. It crystallizes and is gently lifted out using a specialized bonnet pad.

Because this method uses minimal moisture, carpets dry quickly and can be walked on in as little as 15–20 minutes—no long wait times, no soggy carpets, and no harsh chemicals left behind

HCS began as a family business founded and run by my parents, Jeff and Kathy Hill built the buisness on honesty, hard work, and treating every home with care and respect.

I grew up alongside this business, watching, learning, and helping wherever I could.


When the time came, my husband and I felt deeply honored to step in and carry on the legacy that was started, continuing the values and standards that HCS was built on from the very beginning.


Today, HCS remains proudly family-owned and operated. While the business has grown over the years, our commitment to quality service, integrity, and caring for our customers has remained at the heart of everything we do.
